Eligibility Criteria

Four-Year Psychology Degree

• Candidates who have completed a four-year BA/BSc degree in Psychology from a UGC-recognized university are eligible to apply, provided they meet the required marks criterion.
• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree.

Candidates with a Three-Year Psychology Graduation

Candidates who have completed a three-year graduation programme in Psychology must fulfil an additional academic requirement.

They must either:

• Successfully complete a fourth-year Bridge Course, or
• Complete the first year of a Master’s programme in Psychology with a minimum of 55% marks.

Candidates Awaiting Final-Year Results

• Candidates who have not cleared their final-year examination at the time of submitting the application form are required to submit a handwritten application addressed to the Director, Post-Graduate Institute of Behavioural and Medical Sciences, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
• The application should mention that the candidate will submit the required CC, TC, and Degree Certificate at the time of selection for the course.
• Candidates are required to upload a soft copy of this handwritten application in the respective fields provided for the CC, TC, and Degree Certificate while completing the online application.
