About the University
Mizoram University, was founded by an Act of Parliament (No. 8 of 2000), opened on July 2, 2001. It is located in Aizawl, the capital city of Mizoram. Among ten Schools of Study, the university currently has 39 academic departments that provide undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees.

About the Department of Clinical Psychology
The School of Medical and Para-Medical Sciences houses the Department of Clinical Psychology, which was founded in 2019. The department regularly plans national and international conferences, awareness campaigns, seminars, and workshops. It seeks to provide quality clinical and academic courses, equipping trained mental health practitioners to work in clinical settings.

- The broad vision of the Department of Clinical Psychology is to strive for overall academic excellence in teaching and research in the field of Clinical Psychology at the National and International level.

Program Overview : M.Sc. Clinical Psychology
- Duration: 2 Years (4 Semesters)

- Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks {45% in case of SC/ ST/ OBC (NCL)/ PWD} from a recognized Indian or foreign University.
- Admission to all Master’s Degree Programs shall be based on the merit of the students in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET).
