#1 M.A. Psychology: Lifespan Counselling
- Eligibility:Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 3 papers in Psychology at the undergraduate level

Program Structure
Admission Process (Stages Overview)
Stage 1: Online Registration

Stage 2: Entrance Examination (XET 2026)

#2 POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN COUNSELLING
- Eligibility :Master’s degree in Psychology / Social Work / Human Development ,Final year (MA Part 2) students awaiting results can apply ,Candidates from the helping profession with a postgraduate degree may also be considered (final decision by Board of Studies)
- Total Seats: 25 seats only (limited intake) Once the required number of candidates is selected, the admission process is closed.

- Counselling Practicum: Hands-on training with internship experience in schools/NGOs across counselling stages

OTHER DETAILS ABOUT THE COURSE
Practicum: Includes supervised counselling practice, along with a career counselling practicum in April involving psychometric testing and client report discussions.Attendance is compulsory for all practicum activities to ensure hands-on learning and professional skill development.
Programme Schedule:The programme spans 21 credits across 3 trimesters, running from July to March, followed by an April practicum. Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (4 PM – 7 PM) with breaks during Diwali and Christmas.
Course Requirements:Students must maintain 85% attendance, actively participate, and complete all assignments. The course includes 40 hours of supervised practicum, 10 hours in a geriatric care setting, and mandatory personal counselling experience.
